Common questions
I can’t sign in+
Confirm you are using the same Apple or Google sign-in method used when creating your account. Restart the app and try again before contacting support.
What does Google Sign-In share?+
Solmate requests only basic identity data: your Google account identifier, email address, name, and profile picture when available.
Does Solmate access other Google services?+
No. Solmate does not request access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar, Photos, or other Google service content.
A purchase is missing+
Open Settings → Purchase History or Restore Purchases. Apple controls payment processing, so keep the purchase receipt when contacting us.
Voice messages are not recording+
Open iOS Settings → Solmate and enable Microphone access. Then return to the chat and try again.
How do I delete my account?+
Use the account deletion option in Solmate settings, or follow the public deletion instructions linked below.
