Agreement and eligibility
By downloading, accessing, or using Solmate, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Nature of the service
Solmate provides AI-generated companionship, conversation, creative tools, reminders, and related features. AI responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable. Solmate is not a human being and must not be treated as a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency support.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access credentials secure.
- Do not use Solmate for unlawful, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, or harmful activity.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
- Do not use generated content to impersonate, defame, harass, or mislead others.
Third-party sign-in
Solmate may allow you to authenticate with Google or Apple. Your use of those providers is also subject to their terms and privacy practices. Solmate requests only the permissions described in our Privacy Policy and Google Sign-In disclosure. Revoking a provider connection may prevent future sign-in but does not automatically delete your Solmate account.
Your content and generated content
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Solmate a limited license to process that content only as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated content for personal purposes. Similar outputs may be generated for other users.
Subscriptions, Sols, and purchases
Paid features may include subscriptions and virtual currency called Sols. Prices and benefits are shown before purchase. Apple processes in-app payments under its own terms. Sols have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be subject to expiration or feature-specific rules disclosed at purchase. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple’s policies and applicable law.
Safety and availability
We may moderate content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or remove content to protect users and the service. Features may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, or that every AI response will meet your expectations.
Disclaimers and liability
Solmate is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, Solmate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination and contact
You may stop using Solmate or request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or safety risks. Questions about these Terms may be sent to solmate.chat@gmail.com.
